How much is the delivery fee and how long does it take?

West Malaysia : RM8 (2-7 business day)

East Malaysia : RM15 (5-14 business day)

Please note that we will try our best to have your orders delivered as soon as possible, delays of deliveries may occur during public holidays and festive seasons. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Do you ship internationally?

Exchange & Return

Exchange is allowed within 14 days after the date of purchase. However, it will be subjected to T&C. Exchange or return request without receipts or order invoice will not be entertained. Customers will have to bear the cost for delivery fee first, before our team proceeds with the new exchange.

While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of undergarments are not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products.
